Landlord Insurance

White Glove Property Management, Inc. is not an insurance agency and has no affiliation with the insurance companies listed here that provide Landlord Insurance.  These companies are merely resources, and Landlords may choose to work with any insurance provider of their choosing.

As part of your Management Agreement, your Landlord Insurance policy must be immediately provided.

Minimum Landlord Policy Requirements:

• Single Family Home: Min $500,000 Liability
• Multi Family Home: Min $1,000,000 Liability
• All Policies must name us as an ADDITIONAL INSURED on the policy
